Delayed MGNREGA Wage Payment
I am a resident of Jharkhand and have been working under MGNREGA for the past year. However, I have not received my wages for the past three months. I have approached the Gram Panchayat several times, but they are not taking any action. What can I do to get my wages? Can I file an RTI to know the status of my payment?

3 answersAs per §7(1) of the RTI Act, you can file an RTI to know the status of your payment. You can also approach the Block Development Officer for assistance. This is the best course of action.
