I am a beneficiary of the PMAY-U scheme and I want to track the status of my instalment. Can someone please guide me on how to do this? I have heard that the instalment status can be tracked online, but I am not sure about the details.

Know the practical answer?

You can track the status of your instalment through the official website of the Ministry of Housing and Urban Affairs. You will need to provide your beneficiary ID and other details to access the information.

As per §10 of the RTI Act, you can seek information on the instalment status by filing an application with the concerned PIO. You can also contact the local ULB or Housing Cell for assistance.

You can also contact the National Housing Bank or the State Housing Board for more information on tracking the instalment status. As per the Jayantilal Mistry 2015 case, you have the right to seek information on the status of your instalment and the scheme implementation.
