CIC's Decision in Second Appeal
I filed a second appeal with the CIC, and I want to know about the CIC's decision-making process. What are the factors that the CIC considers when making a decision, and what are the possible outcomes of a second appeal?
Know the practical answer?

The possible outcomes of a second appeal include the CIC directing the PIO to provide the information, the CIC imposing penalties on the PIO, or the CIC dismissing the appeal.
In the case of Bhagat Singh v CIC (2007), the CIC held that the CIC's decision should be based on the provisions of the RTI Act. You may want to cite this case in your second appeal to argue that the PIO's decision was not in accordance with the RTI Act.
