I recently shifted to a new address and want to get my name included in the voter list. Can someone guide me on how to do this? Do I need to fill Form 6 and if so, where do I submit it?

Know the practical answer?

Yes, you need to fill Form 6 for voter list inclusion. You can download the form from the election commission website or collect it from the local election office. Submit the filled form to the booth level officer or the election registration officer.

You can also submit Form 6 online through the election commission website. Make sure to upload the required documents and pay the fee if applicable.

I submitted Form 6 online but it's been 2 months and my name is still not included in the voter list. What can I do now?
