2 answersYou can file a first appeal under §19(1) to the Appellate Authority, citing the delay in responding to your RTI application. The Appellate Authority might direct the PIO to provide the information.
You can also file a complaint to the State Information Commission, citing the PIO's failure to respond to your RTI application.
