Can I withdraw EPF if my employer won't approve?

Yes. If your Aadhaar-seeded UAN is fully verified, you can file an online claim that does not need employer attestation. If your details still need correction and the employer refuses to attest, raise a grievance on EPFiGMS and, if needed, file an RTI with the Regional PF office.
