How do I raise a grievance about my scholarship?

Use the grievance/helpdesk section of the National Scholarship Portal (scholarships.gov.in) with your application ID and the stage it's stuck at. Note the ticket number.

If that fails, escalate in writing to the state scholarship or social-welfare department, and as a last resort file an RTI asking why your file is pending.
