How do I complain to UIDAI if my update is wrongly rejected?

First raise a grievance through the 1947 helpline or the UIDAI grievance portal, quoting your URN and the rejection reason. If it is still not fixed, escalate to the UIDAI Regional Office or file an RTI with the UIDAI PIO asking for the reason and the status of your request.
