What if my money is still not back after a few days?
Escalate in order:
- Raise a dispute in your UPI app and note the UTR/RRN.
- Complain in writing to your bank quoting RBI's TAT rules.
- Raise a complaint via NPCI at npci.org.in.
- If unresolved in 30 days, complain free to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.
