What if my money is still not back after a few days?

Escalate in order:

  • Raise a dispute in your UPI app and note the UTR/RRN.
  • Complain in writing to your bank quoting RBI's TAT rules.
  • Raise a complaint via NPCI at npci.org.in.
  • If unresolved in 30 days, complain free to the RBI Ombudsman at cms.rbi.org.in.
