Starter question based on recurring Ask RTI reader problems: Private trust school gets government grant and subsidised land. School refused RTI on fee hike saying it is private. How do we prove coverage?
School my kid attends is run by a private trust but receives 80% govt aid + uses govt building. Filed RTI on fee structure; trust replied saying 'we are not a public authority'. Are they really not? How do I prove they are?
