My account was frozen by the bank, and I filed an RTI to know the reason. The PIO refused to provide the information, citing §8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. I want to appeal against this decision. What are the grounds for appeal, and what is the procedure for filing an appeal?

Then first appeal was filed no reply was given by FAA. Then second appeal was filed in SIC in third hearing SIC disposed off the appeal with giving only partial information while certified copies of documents were asked but no certified copy was provided of the asked document. Now what to do in that situation? Please suggest
