Election Commission

I want to file an RTI with the election commission asking for the details of the electoral rolls in my constituency. Can someone guide me on how to do this? What are the fees and the address to send the application to?

I applied for my EPIC card 2 months ago but still haven't received it. I've tried contacting the local election office but they keep saying it's being processed. Can someone help me with an RTI to find out the status of my application? Should I file it with the district collector or the election commission?

I filed an RTI with the election commission asking for the details of the electoral rolls in my constituency. However, the PIO refused to provide the information citing §8(1)(j) of the RTI Act. I want to file an appeal with the election commission. Can someone guide me on how to do this?
