Epic Card

I applied for my EPIC card 2 months ago but still haven't received it. I've tried contacting the local election office but they keep saying it's being processed. Can someone help me with an RTI to find out the status of my application? Should I file it with the district collector or the election commission?

I filed an RTI with the district collector asking for the status of my EPIC card application. Within a week, I received a reply stating that my EPIC card was ready for collection. I'm thrilled to have received my EPIC card and would like to thank the RTI community for their guidance.
