    PIO refused to provide duty roster of doctors

    I filed an RTI application asking for the duty roster of doctors in a government hospital, but the PIO refused to provide it, citing §8(1)(j) of the RTI Act 2005. I think this is not a valid reason. Can someone please help me draft a first appeal to the Appellate Authority?
